Hi,

The issue you're experiencing is not specific to the Flash Player Beta (we don't offer a Beta version for Chrome at this time).  I've moved your post to the Using Flsah Player forum.

As a first troubleshooting step, I'd recommend disabling hardware acceleration.

  • Right-click on the game
  • choose Settings
  • click the left-most tab
  • Uncheck Use Hardware Acceleration
  • Refresh the page

If the crashing persists, we know it's not related to hardware acceleration.

If you have a lot of tabs open, you may be running out of memory (especially if your castleville map is big).  Try closing everything but the one Castleville tab to see if that helps.

It would also be really helpful to know if you see the same problem in Firefox or Internet Explorer.

Thanks!

Cool, thanks.   Did disabling Hardware Acceleration help?

Also, what the version of Flash Player are you using?  (Right click on any Flash content and look at the bottom of the context menu)

Are you using the NPAPI version of Flash Player on Chrome?  Can you navigate to "about:flash" in Chrome's addressbar and paste the contents of the page that is displayed?

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback.  I'm able to reproduce the crash.

I've filed a bug on your behalf here:

https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=bug&id=3580671

I'll continue to investigate and try to collect crash logs that we can debug.

Thanks!
