I have problem with launching Photoshop CS6. -
You can’t open the application “Adobe Photoshop CS6” because it’s not supported on this type of Mac.
I have no problems with Dreamweaver CS6 and InDesign CS6.
Please help if you have any idea!!!
The problem is due to your processor. You have an Intel Core Duo on your Macbook Pro. Photoshop requires at least an Intel Core 2 Duo processor with 64-bit support. You can find the system requirements listed at http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/tech-specs.html.
Please refer : http://forums.adobe.com/message/4824197
The reason is your processor is 32-bit but these applications are 64 bit
check this link :-http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3696
You can try , Ctrl+click on the Photoshop icon
Go to "Get Info" , and then check the option , "Open in the 32 bit mode"

This option is not applicable to you Anihorv as you are not able to install due to not meeting the minimum system requirements. I am sorry but there is no solution but to upgrade to a newer Macintosh.
