How do I crop video in Premiere Pro?

I really need your help. I can buy this help if there is a course that have this instructions and how it can be done in Adobe Premiere pro. Here is what I'm having trouble :http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BZUUDmSp1iw

    You do it pretty much the same way in Premiere Pro as she did in FCP.

     

    The Motion effect in Premiere Pro does not have "crop" but there is a crop effect you can drop on the clip and do it. Simple enough.

     

    You might find it easier to use a garbage matte instead if the talent moves to close to the lights and you need to crop an irregular shape.
