My computer explorer folder opens up automatically 2 times after restart

i have purchased adobe cs6 master collection and adobe lightroom,after installing both whenever i restart my laptop(lenovo z580 windows 7 64 bit) my computer explorer folder opens up automatically 2 times i a getting this error from long time i have complained it 7 times to adobe but they are not giving me solution at all.

Never heard of Adobe softwares doing anything like this.

Please disable Windows Explorer from the start up items.

adobe software engineers are illliterate they are not able to solve the problem at all after complaining 8 times about this issue

that's probably because it's not an adobe problem. 

you need to edit your startup programs.  to that end, read:

already tried all this stuff

done msconfig

removed startups of adobe

still not solved

problem is only solved if i remove adobe cs6 and its registry from regedit

removing registry is suggested first time complaining on adobe phn number india one ot the expert was on call he helped me to remove cs6 registry and problem was solved.
