I cannot download the flash CC trial

Tags: #install_problem #flash_cc

I click download trial and a window opens up asking me if I " want to allow this website to open an app on your computer" from https://creative.adobe.com/products/flash. I select allow but my computer tells me that no apps can open this file (aam). I am using windows 8 and there are no apps available in the app store like it suggests. Please help, thank you.

    Hi,

Log into your account on Creative Cloud. In the Apps section, you will be able to locate and download the Creative Cloud desktop application. Ensure that you have cleared your cache on your browser before you proceed to install.

Go through my previous post http://forums.adobe.com/message/5418352#5418352

If you stil have problems post your query on the Creative Cloud forum.http://forums.adobe.com/community/creative_cloud

    Thanks,

    Preran

I'm having the same problem, too.

I cleared the cache in my browser, closed the Creative Cloud manager, opened it back up and the only version of Flash that's avaliable is CS6. Various other Adobe CC apps are present, such as Photoshop CC. Flash CC doesn't seem to be present.

    Hi Frepy,

That is extremely strange. Can you post your query on the Creative Cloud forum?

Actually, I figured out the problem.

I'm assuming you're on a 32-bit system. Flash CC isn't compatible with 32-bit arcitectures, thus, the CC manager doesn't bother showing you the trial download if it detects that you're on 32-bit Windows.

So basically, either upgrade your processor and get a 64 bit version of Windows or buy a whole new computer.
