Live stream to HTML5 player

I am trying to play live stream from FMLE (livestream?adbe-live-event=liveevent) to FMS 4.5 to HTML5 player on both desktop and android. I haven't managed to make it with several HTML5 video players I tried on Windows desktop.
I tried with following source URL:

Just to mention that it is working fine on iOS with this source URL
