Kuler won't sync with illustrator cc

I have illustrator cc and a kuler account. I am logged into both with the same user id. They both work seperatly. However when I go the kuler panel in illustrator and push the button to update it, none of my theme come through. It's just blank. How can this be fixed?

    Are you seeing any error message in the Kuler panel?

    Can you try Sign Out> Sign In> Relaunch AI CC.

     

    Please let us know if that resolves your problem.

    Mine only shows a window with 2 random color sets, no update button, no seeing which is popular, highlight, nothing... Search and 2 color sets is all I see. Even the search for not search but the 2 sets that are there.

    Sigining in and out in the Kuler app worked for me. Go to Illustrator > (Your Email Address) > Sync Settings Now and see if that does it.

    Issue resolved through Connect session. Culprit Verdana & Tahoma fonts.

    These two fonts were disabled and enabling them fixes the issue.
