click the link. it explains how to take a screenshot.
i want to see the file (and it's extension) you downloaded to determine whether you downloaded a windows file (if you have a windows os) or a mac file (if you have a mac os).
Please see the attached. I have tried several things. I've tried to click
the box in the screen shot and I've gone to the utility where it was saved
and tried to open it there. It's not working. I have Mac 10.6.8 and the
requirements are 7.5. I downloaded an 7.5 update on the apple website. It
was an update not an upgrade. I don't know how to get an upgrade. Maybe
that is it.
I'm sending you two screenshots neither of which will probably help you
figure it out but I'm hopeful.
I followed the instructions in the link: click Command, Shift and 3 and it
worked. I attached the images and they are showing in my copy of the email.
I don't know what to do. I did get something called Organizer to open.
There's no installation file shown in the screenshot. What's inside the Elements 11 folder?
Should be an installation file named "PhotoshopElements_11_WWEFDJ.dmg"
All that's listed there are a few web pages (ReadMe files with .html extension)
Just re-download the Mac trial from http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_elements &loc=us
Launch the trial, enter your serial number.
