There was an issue connecting with the server. Please try again later. 122

Hello,

I started to work in a new company where the former employee used a trial version. Now I bought a license and opened the Dreamweaver for the first time in my whole life. I tried to import a business catalyst site but there seems to be a problem with the server as it keeps saying what's mentioned above.  Is there anything I could do besides trying again later? I am new with Dreamweaver and no expert in servers

I will appreciate if you can post the details below:

    1. Build version of Dreamweaver.

    a. WIN : Help < About Dreamweaver.

    b. MAC: Dreamweaver < About Dreamweaver.

    2.  A screenshot of the exact error message.

    3. Are you able to login to the BC account in a browser?

    Thanks

    Bhawna

    1. Open a new tab in your browser.
    2. Go to http://www.businesscatalyst.com/admin/Index.aspx
    3. Check if you are able to login using the registered email id and password.
    4. Make sure the email id  from which you are logging into  DW CC is same for Business Catalyst.
    5. Also read the document below for more clarification.

When a user creates a website on BC they get an automated email having URL , Login Details and the FTP Details. Check if you have any website already built in Business Catalyst prior to using it in DW?

If you  are not able to login to the link I gave above then something is wrong with your credentials.

So, first thing you need to do is  register the email id that you are using in DW to connect to BC.
