I received codes to redeem my Captivate / Presenter licenses.
When i go to https://creative.adobe.com/redeem and enter the code, I get an error that 'this card was purchased in a country that does not match you Adobe ID'.
It says nothing about which countries, so I can't play around with my Adobe ID account to change the country (if that is possible at all).
I sent emails to local Polish help desk but since 27.06 they haven't solved the problem.
Within 24-hours I need to send published files to customer and I cannot do that.
Any chance you can fix mine - I am having the same problem - when I was on help chat a couple of days ago - I was told they escalated the problem - but haven't heard back yet.
I need it urgently for school assessment.

Could you please provide details of the conference and who the code was sent by. I'll then work with them to get you a replacement code.
