NOT SEEING PRINTER

Jul 2, 2013 4:02 AM

My Pshop 10 will no longer see my printers telling me 'you must first connect a printer'. All my other applications see the printers. Any one any idea what the fix is please?

OK, so what have you got in the Printers and devices panel?  What's the printer and version of Photoshop? Is that printer set as the default? Did you install the drivers that came with the printer, or just let Windows 7 sort it out?  What do you see when you open the print panel in Photoshop?  It may help if you uploaded a screen grab of that panel.

If this is an application specific problem, then you'd probably do better in the Elements forum.  This is the Photoshop forum.

I did find this in the Elements forum, along with several other hits, so there may well be an issue
