Topics missing from project manager.

I have confirmed that the topic is showing in the project manager.  I compile the project and it shows 'live' in the build / webhelp.

I close the project for a time and open it at a later date to do updates.  When these new updates are completed and verified we notice that the previous changes that were once working appear as broken links and the topics are now missing from the project.

Repair the broken links, create a zipped backup of the project, then delete the CPD file before reopening.
