    Simple:

    1. Open in Acrobat
    2. Go to Tools menu
    3. Click on Content Editing
    4. Click Text & Graphics
    5. click some where on the item in question
    6. A bounding box should appear
    7. now scroll to end of item hit Delete (Mac) or Backspace (PC) until everything is removed then double on what left of the Bounding box and hit delete(Backspace to remove.
    8. Then click on the Hand Icon to get out of edit mode.

When you convert the webpage to PDF you can change the settings.

    In Acrobat X or XI:

    • Choose Pages > More Insert Options > Insert from Web Page
    • Click Settings and change the defaults, then cancel out of the dialog.

You can crop the bottom of the page on all pages at once using the Crop tool.

Cropping to remove a page object is always a bad idea, as most of the time it's not actually removed.

The header/footer lines created by PDFMaker are tagged - so to remove them after the fact, just use the Pages > Header/Footer > Remove button in Acrobat.

I think what you are asking at this point is on the general tab of the settings. Uncheck the headers/footers box.
