I own Photoshop elements 10. Can't find to download

Hi,

I already own Photoshop Elements 10, but I have just upgraded my computer to a laptop without a disk drive. This means I can't use the disks to install the software on my new computer and need to download it. However, despite following the instructions included with the software, everything has been updated/overwritten with elements 11. I don't intend to upgrade just yet, so need a reliable link to download 10.
