What is the process with this Adobe Application Manager?

I log in with my credentials, but still, it does not recognize that I bought a license two day ago?


Also: WHEN I PAY FOR A PRODUCT, I WANT A SUPPORT BUTTON next to my licensed product! How can Adobe offer such bad support! I can't believe it.


Also: Nowhere on * you find a contact form.
