CS4 Load on new machine?

I am an old Photoshop user from way back and have been using CS4 for years and love it.  My XP machine finally bit the dust and I have bough a new Win 8 machine.  How do I load the CS4 on my new machine?  I have the original disks.

right click your setup file and use compatibility mode to install.
