I use Guitar rig 4 as a Vst plugin in Adobe Audition cs 5.5 . If i convert the multitrack into an audio file ( mp3, wav, etc. ) it exports only the raw recorded data, without the Vst plugin applied. In audition the plugin works fine, but after the export it disappears somehow How can i solve this problem?

Do a mixdown of the track you want, not an export just of the track. A Mixdown will give you exactly what you can hear.
I did a mixdown ( File / Export / Multitrack mixdown / Entire Session ) with all effects on. I have tried separate mixdown, first with in built effects (delay) and then with Vst plugin. With in built effects the result is ok, but the Vst plugin will not be saved in the audio file. I am missing something?
Although I'm not a user of Guitar Rig, the answer to your problem is shown in your first screen shot: you're running the Demo version and a quick check of the Guitar Rig page shows that "Save and Total Recall functions (are) disabled".
