It may open an work properly the first time but then stops working. Most of capture screen is missing and buttons don't work. You must quit photoshop to cancel.

Pleas define "It".  It may open? It would be nice to know what "It" might be.     Most of the capture screen is missing?? Is the device cut in half so you no longer have its hardware buttons.  Is this device connected to Photoshop some how?

I know you know what "it" is and I'm quit sure the capture screen you write about is not a real device.  Put some more words down to help the old...

If your on Windows there are known problems with Clipboard and Photoshop,  Adobe claims its a Windows problem. These failures are not consistent.

When you say Image Capture, is that on a mac system?

For example using Image Capture with a scanner to scan into photoshop?

Then that's a question for the Apple Discussion boards, not a Photoshop issue.

Image Capture is an Apple application that's part of the Mac OS.

If you post over there, please give them details of your system.  I can't even point you to the appropriate forum over there without knowing those details.

Please read this FAQ for advice on how to ask your questions correctly for quicker and better answers:

    Thanks!
