Hi; I’m currently using adobe acrobat xpro. I mark up the documents and send them to my boss who uses an IPAD to view the documents. Because he has not downloaded the adobe acrobat viewer he is not able to read my mark ups. Q: If I use an apple product to make my pdf’s will my boss need to download a viewer to be able to read my mark ups to the document? Please advise with thanks, Will

With Adobe Reader your boss can read the markups.

That depends upon the Markups you are using. If you flatten your markups/comments they will be an integral part of your document. However, comments attached to markups will disappear.
