Downgrading a creative cloud membership

I currently have a subscription to the full creative cloud annual plan.  However as I rarely use anything other than Photoshop and could live without any of the other apps I believe I would be better with a single app subscription.

 

Is it possible to downgrade your membership, would I have to cancel the current plan and start a new single app one.  And will this incur a charge as I am on the annual plan with a year's commitment.

    If your Creative cloud membership is over 30 days then there is a cancellation fee involved, please contact Adobe customer care support to check and discuss about the same.

    I am waiting for customer care support to get back to me to downgrade my team account to single user account without setting up a new account.
