After Effects CC was working last night, and this morning it's crashing?

Jul 18, 2013 2:21 PM

I havn't changed anything on my system.

I've been using the Warp Stabliser on some Gopro footage.

AE has been working fine since I installed it last week.

PPCC still works as does Photoshop.

Delete your prefs file. All should be OK then. You can do that by holding down the Ctrl/Alt + Alt/Option + Shift keys while opening AE. You will get a dialogue that asks are you sure you want to delete your preferences. Say yes.

NTdll errors are driver crashes, failures in teh I/O system or security related. in your case you may need to reinstall your graphics driver and configure it properly. Also flush the AE caches manualyl by deleting the files inside. Could be a borked media cache or something...

If nothing's there, then nothing's there... Just saying... Tainted cache files can cause crashes as well.
