installing error

after installing production premium CS5 and installer shows successful installation.

but, folder "adobe production premium" on start menu is empty

on control panel/programs and features, my PC shows its installed (15 Gb aprox)

after uninstalling and reinstalling I have the same problem, somebody can help me. thank you

do you look in the folder where the apps were installed?

program shows the same window ,do not allow open it

if you're still having problems, attach a screenshot of the window you see after clicking "run as administrator".

thanks Everybody for your help, I made a recovery in my PC reinstalled CS5

and now is working great,THANKS EVERY BODY

Please enable hidden administrator and try to launch the software in hidden admin account: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/3040.enable-disable-the-local-hidden-buil... .

Please go to C/Program Files/Adobe-->Select any product and you will see CS5 shortkut. Double click to launch it.

yes I did it and it do not launch I got an error "I have no permission to open it" or something like that,

I already made it  with all adobe aplications and all are the same problem.
