Purchased Muse, now I can't download it?

I finally made the commitment to purchase a Muse subscriptions after months of putting it off. I have used Muse (the free version) in the past as a beta tester before they released it as a product for sale. I remember liking it a lot so I wanted to give it another go.

I purchased the subscription and waited until processing was done. Under my products it says it's downloadable but when I click it nothing happens. Also when I pull up that Adobe Downloads application, it say "Up to date" and is grey'd out beside Muse. This obviously isn't the case because I don't even have the program downloaded yet to use it! Help?!

I am using a Mac OSX 10.6 (I think it's called Snow Leopard?) if that helps.

Hi ttucke24,

I checked your details and yes you have a Valid Subscription for Muse. Please uninstall if you have Muse beta installed on your Machine.

Download and run Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool from this location:

http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

Once done please rename OOBE Folder from these locations.

Mac:

Library/Application Support/Adobe

~/Library/Application Support/Adobe

Please download and Install Adobe Application Manager from this Location:

Okay, I followed those steps and it went from saying "up to date" to "Try". Shouldn't it be saying "Install" if I have already purchased it? I don't want to accidently download a trial version and then have it shut down all my projects after 30 days.

Hi ttucke24 ,

Please launc CC desktop and follow the mentioned steps:

1. Go to Preferences/In general select accounts tab/sign out and sign in back. It should give you option to install.

2. Go to Preferences/Apps and check that you have selected the correct language to install.

If still the same issue then uninstall Muse and try to install again.
