Screen Calibration

Does anyone have any advice regarding flash displaying incorrectly on different screens?
The site I have built in Flash ( http://www.insearchofmonet.com) displays well on the 'home' screen - but doesn't look so good on other screens due to the different screen colour calibrations - does anyone have any advice on how to get the site to look correct on all screens?
