How do I adjust the aspect ratio of a picture or movie clip? It came in a little squished. Thanks
Also... If im in the sequence and I want to match back to the original clip I press F. But what If I want to match it back to the folder in the project window?
Aspect ration can be adjusted in the Project Panel: select clip or clips, right click / modify / Interprete footage.
When using F (matching frame) it opens the original clip from the Project Window in the Source Monitor.
I have a big project with lots of folders and sub folders. If I want to go to another take that I know is near a take that I had I would want to match back to my project window so I could see what folder its in. Know what I mean? In the case above I want to find the clip in the project window so I can interpret footage
Thanks! That was what I was looking for. Now that I found that clip I tried to interpret the footage but am having not luck. The footage I have was captured in a weird way. If I were using Final Cut Pro I would use the Distort effect and I could stretch or squeeze the image by eye... Is there a filter or setting like this in Premiere?

Just uncheck the box in the Scale parameter of the Motion Effect as shown below. You can then adjust Height and Width independently.
If you click on the word "Motion" you can use handles in the Program Monitor to stretch your video if you prefer that to scrubbing the Height and Width values.
