If you encounter problems while syncing your fonts or files please add the following information to your forum post.

  • Describe the problem as thoroughly as possible.
  • Also, please include screen shots that demonstrate the issue you are having.
  • Describe what you were doing just prior to encountering an issue with syncing your fonts or files?
  • Please list the following information in your forum post:
    • OS
    • OS Version
    • Browser
    • Browser version
  • Locate the following CoreSync.log file and attach it to your forum post. This will help us diagnose your specific issue. It can be found at the following locations:
    • Windows: C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CoreSync\CoreSync -date.log
    • Mac: /Users/<your username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/CoreSync-date.log

NOTE: Due to the nature of syncing files from your computer to the Creative Cloud modifying the contents of your local Creative Cloud Files folder directly controls the contents of your Creative Cloud Files view (https://creative.adobe.com/files). When files are removed from your local Creative Cloud Files folder they will be moved to your Creative Cloud Archive (https://creative.adobe.com/archive). If you are missing files please look in your Creative Cloud Archive folder first before reporting an issue.
