ePub exporting an extra images

Aug 26, 2013 9:14 PM

Hey all, I encountered a weird glitch while exporting a book to ePub. It somehow added an additional image to the end of the book, an image that doesn't appear in the book. The image is actually a screen shot from one of the middle pages. It's completely random. I've never encountered anything like this before and the problem fixed when I deleted the subsequesnt pages, just wondering what could have caused this in the first place.

Thanks,

Tara

The graphic could have been hidden under another object. Unanchored, it would appear after the flow of the main story, at the end.

Is it a screenshot that you had in the document or what you think is a picture of one of the pages?

What version of InDesign are you using?

We would like to look into this - do you still have the original file somewhere, before you deleted the subsequent pages, and would you be willing to share it with the EPUB team for our internal use only?

    Thanks!
