I have tried EVERY iteration and combo of numbers and letters ... nothing has worked and the frustration level is about at a 10+ ... the chat says it's available, but it is not.
Ideas? Maybe just stick with Picasa?
Are trying to use a redemption code as a serial number?
No ... don't think so ... what I am entering is a series of alpha/numeric = 6 fields of four digits ea
Funny, right above this is 000017 and we clearly know it is a zero b/c a line goes diagonally through it
The numbers in the registration series *could* be D, O, 0, Q ......... not kidding...... I've tried it all...I am hoping there is a back door to this and another longer number at the very bottom of the card might shed some light on this. Would hate to have to bring the card back to the store and begin all over ... at this pt, am not inclinded to waste even more of my time.

I will try later or tomorrow, have invested at least 1.5 hours ... got a person on chat ... lost him ...... am thinking the product just may not be for me. :-) Thanks.

Photoshop Elements’ serial numbers should start with 1057 as the first four digits and be in six groups of 4 digits, no letters. If the number you’re entering does not start with 1057 and it is a serial number for Photoshop Elements, then it is likely a redemption code or perhaps even a product code. (This is a public forum so don’t post any complete codes or numbers, here.)
Where are you (web-page, program) when you are being asked to enter a serial number for Elements: are you on the redemption code website or the installer?
The chat people are usually easy to get a hold of so even if you’ve lost one, just try, again.
Hi...appears this is just one huge mess. I was on the redemption code page, creating a new accont; in any event, I did finally get to a chat person who tried very hard to help, but the numbers were giving him fits also ...... so back to the store it goes. Need to check out the pricing directly online ... I paid $99.00 at Fry's Electronics for Elements 11. TY so much for your help.
:-) am also coughing at the notion that the adobe purchase was on the heels of a tremendous $$ layout for a whole new computer and peripherals ...
