Hi
I purchased Adobe XI after using it as a trial for 30 days. The receipt came through and I clicked the download button. The download initialises o.k. however there is an error message that comes up briefly but goes so fast I am unable to see what it says. The download continues but at the end it comes up with the error message that it has failed. 'Adobe Application Manager failed to install'.
Unsure why it is failing. Do I need to uninstal the trial?
