How do I find the photoshop app that I paid for and downloaded????  All I see is tutorials or ads asking me to join or download cloud or photoshop!!

And what exactly is the problem? You need to explain better and provide the necessary technical information like system details, what you actualyl have done so far and so on.

Most browsers have a dedicated folder where they store downloaded files. Have you checked there? What OS  are you using? What browser are you using? Did you run the installer? What ads? Where do you see them? Post a screen shot for anything you have difficulty explaining. Most of the time it is easier if we can see what you see.
