Following a virus attack, I have had a "factory reset" on my pc. Couldn't deactivate PSE 9 before "crash". Now can't re-install as I have PSE 9 on a laptop and have "used all installs". MS Office allowed me to re-install after contacting. Can't find out how to do this with PSE. Any help?
You need to contact support directly for activation/deactivation and other installation issues. It is usually possible to get it fixed right away by starting an on-line chat whenever an agent is free.
