Running Mt. Lion on Macbook Pro

Acrobat X will not install on system using Abobe installer

Tried Acrobat XI and it installed but is unstable and will not update

Almost like something is corrupted even happend when switching to new Macbook after transfering setting from old one.

Is it Parallels causing the issue?

I need Acobat working!
