The two FL studio ones are VSTi files and won't be read in CC since MIDI isn't handled at all.  The only version of Audition that had any MIDI implementation at all was AA3.0.

I'm less certain on Auto tune.  Certainly various versions have worked for me in Audition--is your existing one 32 or 64 bit?  Audition CC needs 64 bit VSTs but normally there's an error message saying that 32 bit is a problem.  However, if it IS down to it being 32 bit, something like jBridge can be installed to let it run in Audition CC.

Are they 32 bit or 64bit vsts?

In preferences > Effects do you have "Scan 32 bit VST effects using JBridge" ticked?

Edit: You must either think or type faster than me Bob

I think you have to purchase jBridge seperately

I notice that the VST3 folder wasn't selected in your first screen grab.  To ask the most obvious, have you re-scanned since you added that folder to the list?

(Adding a folder but forgetting to scan is something I've done on a couple of occasions!)

VST3 files also have to be 64-bit versions to work with CC. I have no idea what jbridge does with them though - presumably it handles them okay...
