Hard drive crashing

My hard drive recently crashed and I have lost all my data and programs.

I have now got it all back and mended with new hard drive, but I don't know how to re-install my CS5 and Lightroom, both of which were student versions and required authorization codes. I don't have access to any of my old emails either!

Please advise.
