I cannot load Premier 11 and get message 'shared technologies failed' the remainder of programme uninstalls. I have even tried the trial version but same result.
Please restart your system and uninstall all instances (any residue left) of PRE first using CS Cleaner tool (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html)
Then restart your machine and try installing afresh. You should ideally not see this issue again.
