I installed Adobe XI. It is not working.
When I initially installed it it gave some error message about EULA and since then it is not working. It opens then freezes and closes.
I cannot open any PDF files.
I have tried uninstalling and re-installing, enabling scripts, etc etc and nothing seems to work. There are no error messages and I get confirmation that it has been installed successfully but when I launch the program it comes up, freezes, then shuts down.
I have Windows 7. Please help ASAP.

Would you be able to share the log from event viewer of this error and snapshot?
Do you have NVIDIA graphics driver on your machine?
If Yes, then which version it is? Please try upgrading the driver once.
Else try other workaround
1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Reader 11.0\Reader
2. Double click on Eula.exe
3. Accept license agreement
4. Now launch Reader
If none of these works for you, please revert
