Problem with animation slow in flashbuilder mobile project  for ios

I have a problem with flashbuilder mobile project: when i use animation (swf make in flas for flex)  it's very slow? Where is the problem? there are limitation? exist documentation for optimize application mobile? I use flashbuilder 4.7.

    My guess is that the frame rate of your flash builder project is not the same as the frame rate of the swf.

     

    The loaded swf will play at the frame rate of the project that loads it.

    If your animation is graphics heavy, mobile processors are much slower than a desktop.

     

    I would make a very simple basic example to test out where the problem lies.

     

    Build an example of a digital clock. SHow the actual time in the swf plus a frame counter. See if they agree.

    The times are useless without the frame numbers.

    I have use this and recommend it. But I still do not know how to optimize it for my phone..
