I cannot find the Common Libraries menu. I am running Flash Pro CC on a PC.

I know the Common Libraries menu should be just below the regular Library option, but its not there. Any help of where i can find those preset buttons and stuff is greatly appreciated, thank you.

You can find these in your CS6 installation under Common\Configuration\Libraries\ folder. These libraries are removed from the Flash Pro CC installation. In case you need these you can open these fla files from your CS6 installation and open them as external library in Flash Pro CC.

Since you are on Windows you can do the following

    1) copy the 3 fla files from your CS6 installation (e.g) C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Flash CS6\Common\Configuration\Libraries\

    2) Now open Flash Pro CC. You can now open these files frm File->Import->Open External Library

    3) However note that Flash Pro CC does not support AS2 components, therefore if these libraries contain AS2 code these will not work.
