I've got a document with connecting text frames. When I do a Ctrl+P, a line from the 2nd text box moves up to the 1st one, but it's outside of the text frame and it's invisible. If you adjust the text box (which I can't do given specific dimensions), it reappears, but it then readjusts the feathering. I've looked at the pagination in the paragraph designer and it matches the rest of the document. I've tried adjusting the widow/orphans, Keep With: settings, and nothing works. What else can be causing it?

It sounds like your print driver is causing the issue. I recommend you set the print driver to Adobe PDF and "Save as PDF" instead.

Sidenote: Check Format > Page Layout > Pagination to see if those settings will make a difference.
