I have a 150 Question PDF that I would like to send to clients and have them complete it. Once they have completed the PDF, I would like to export the data fields in a per-formatted MS Word Document.
This is for discovery in a Personal injury cases.
Try using the Forms>Manage Data to save to a spreadsheet. That might then be able to be sent to a WORD documents.
For your application and being a lawyer, I hope that you are paying attention to the limits on activating Reader Rights (see the license agreement), if you are doing so. For what you are doing, there is no need to submit the full form, only the data. Also, if it is being submitted on line you should be using a secure web submission if the form contains personal data. Just a few things to consider.
