updates could not be applied

When I use the standalone update, I get this.

When try to update using Bridge, I get this message.


I am the only admin on this computer.

    How was your Adobe software installed? Was it installed as part of an enterprise software deployment (as is typical for large companies and educational institutions)? It is very likely that the AAMEE (Adobe Application Manager Enterprise Edition) was used to deploy your software, and the person who set up the policy for that software disabled updates.
