NOTE - someone who tried to install XviD4PSP on 12-23-22 was STOPPED by their anti-virus program

 

So... 2 ideas

1 - try the FREE https://handbrake.fr/ open source transcoder/converter

2 - do an Internet search for "convert vob to mp4" (without the " " marks)

Copy the files from the DVD onto your computer and then Use Media Browser to bring the files into Premiere's Project panel.
