Adobe premiere pro cc has stopped working. I get this message every time I try to import a video. I have installed the trial version and haven't been able to get past this point yet. Have tried a number of different videos and this is really putting me off purchasing CC at all. I have a laptop core i7 3610QM QC 2.3 GHz, 8gb ram, AMD Radeon HD 7670m 1gb graphic let me know if you need any other details. Graphic drivers are up to date.

You may need someone from Adobe to remotely look at your computer

It was a video I recorded on a Cannon 700d SLR but I've tried a few different videos from different cameras different file types and haven't had any work yet. I tried changing the file types in another program like corel video studio and still could't import. They all work in Corel. The main one I'm trying to open is a .MOV 25frames/second 1920 x 1088 1.18 gb file.
