I downloaded lightroom 5 and can't find it on my machine. My receipt says "Creative Cloud Order Confirmation" yet my order history says Lightroom 5. I logged into creative cloud and it wants me to repurchase Lightroom 5.
What does 24/7 customer service mean? I just want to install the product.
