The s/n is 24 digits long. The one in the About window is not complete for

    security reasons.

If you registered your product you should be able to get the s/n by logging

    in to your adobe.com account.

If you registered it, it should be in the system. If not, and you don't

have proof-of-purchase, you're out of luck.

The "My Adobe" account tied to one's Adobe ID has not been with us for ever and ever.

It does not have my registered Acrobat 3.x, 4.x or 5 Full.

The account's info goes back to at least 2007.

So, what version of Acrobat are you speaking of?

If it is way old it won't function / install in today's OSs.

But, Adobe products / services registered with one's Adobe ID are present back to 2006, 2007.

    Be well...
