Please follow the two steps mentioned below
Step 1: Go to Mac hd>library>application support>adobe>aam updater and rename 1.0 as old1.0
Step 2: Go to user>library>application support>adobe>OOBE and remove opm.db from it and move it to the desktop and then trash it from OOBE folder
Try these steps, restart the machine and update again
