Elements 11 face-recognization feature has stopped working. Can I uninstall and reinstall this program on the same computer without being concerned about deactivation and serial number issues?
If people recognition dialog shows you no suggestions, it would help if you rename breezesession.dat file to say breezesession.dat.old and check if FR runs fine now.
To find this file go to Help > System Info in Elements Organizer and see your catalog location. Within the catalog folder, there is a BreezeData folder which contains breezesession.dat.
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I was unable to resolve my problem. There seems to be a communication breakdown or a lack of knowledge and experience on my part. Starting with the Start icon, I open as follows:
OS:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Adobe\Elements 11 Organizer\ ????
I was unable to locate any Catalog alone this pathway. Where did I go wrong?
Sorry for a late followup. The Help menu I'm talking of is within Elements Organizer. If you click Help > System Info menu, you will get a dialog wherein Catalog location can be found under "Current Catalog" header. You need to go to this path to get the catalog folder and subsequently BreezeData folder.
