Problems downloading updated folio

Content Viewer is taking absolutely ages to download a folio (ipdated version) onto iPad 4.

I know there were server issues on friday/saturday, but it gets halfway through and then crashes/fails.

 

The status site is saying there are currently no problems downloading.

 

Is there still issues?

    I am having the same problem downloading anything on the Content Viewer. I get the message "Error During Download. Please try your download again later" when I try to download a folio.

    "Content Viewer for Web" is our web-based viewer for social sharing and web viewing experiences. It isn't our Adobe Content Viewer that's used on devices to preview content.

     

    The status page is accurate and is being updated when we have new information. Until the two production entries flip back to green you'll likely still encounter issues previewing content in the Adobe Content Viewer.
