Can I FTP files to a secure area?

I an automated process that uploads daily data to BC. Some of these files should only be view by subscribing members.

Is that a way to FTP directly to a secure area?

You can not secure folders or files in BC.

So if you have a folder and files in there and you link them in a securezone page they can still be linked outside the securezone.
You can only add media items and make them secure and you can not currently create those VIA FTP.
