Sometimes there can be a server problem. Try again and make sure you have an internet connection. Launch the Editor and click Licence Product.

I'm curious Meme, did you download a Mac version? I downloaded a Mac version from Amazon. Same problem, and I've read somewhere that the serial numbers they are providing are for the Windows PC side. After nearly an hour on the phone with customer support at  Adobe yesterday, they gave up and escalated to the next tier for a call back. Still no call back or solution. I still have 28 days of Trial left.

I have the same issue with Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements which I got together in a bundle from Amazon.

It cannont validate either serial number. I have tried 3 days now and can't believe their servers have been down for that long.

Trying to get support is a joke. The chat service doesn't work. I was in a queue of 1 for 3 hours.

Let's hope they sort this issue out and SOON!!!

HI Meme80134, dmferree2, and MartinRobinson, and other's who see this that may have had similar trouble.

Sorry for the trouble you're having with the serial numbers, thanks for reaching out on the forums.

I'd like to investigate what's going on so we can fix it from our end.

Can you email me the details of your order (part numbers if available), and the serial numbers provided you?

    We'll get it straightened out.

    Regards

    Pete

I am having a similar problem with getting to the editor.  When I check on my adobe page it says my photoshop elements and premier 12 is registered but I still cannot get to the editor.  I sometimes get a message that I have no internet connection but I do.  I took down my firewall, changed my password but still no editor.  I have been trying different things for a week now and am very frustrated with this.  I have no problem with the organizer.  Please help me.
